Hotel Centro, Florence

The hotel is conveniently located for easy movement and has a mini-market nearby. The rooms, although small and with the bathroom next door, are clean and of a good size with decent shower rooms. The service is exceptional, with very friendly and helpful staff providing useful hints for dining and directions. The hotel's unbeatable location offers walking distance access to major attractions. The dining options were basic, with limited cold dishes. However, the facilities are well-maintained.

The hotel is situated in a prime spot, just a brief walk from the train station and all the tourist attractions. The rooms met our needs and provided a fantastic variety of choices, although they are on the small side. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, but note that reception is only staffed until 8 pm. The location is a major highlight, being within walking distance of Ponte Vecchio and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the TV plug being potentially unsafe.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Novella train station and the central leather market. The rooms, although small for a family of 4, were equipped with AC. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to assist and provide helpful information about Florence. The dining options were basic but satisfactory. The facilities were clean and nice looking. The only downside was a waterline break upon arrival.

I was thrilled with the prime location of this hotel, just a stone's throw from the bustling Piazza Del Duomo and Central Market. It was a true delight to be within a short walking distance of the SMN train station. The room, while facing the road, was spacious and spotlessly clean, although I did find it a bit chilly with no means to adjust the temperature. The bathroom, by European standards, was spacious and kept impeccably clean.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and functional, albeit a bit tired looking. The staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make my stay memorable. The location was ideal, close to all the popular spots. The dining experience was okay but could have been better considering the price paid.
